The Maharashtra MBBS counselling cutoff is released round-wise for admission to government and private medical colleges under the state quota. In Round 1, government medical colleges in Maharashtra closed around 42,000–47,000 rank for Open, OBC and SEBC categories, while EWS extended up to nearly 66,000 rank. Reserved categories such as SC and ST closed beyond 1.5 lakh and 3.3 lakh respectively. For private medical colleges, Open and OBC categories closed near 79,000 rank, while deeper reserved categories extended significantly higher.

During Round 2, most categories saw a slight relaxation in cutoff ranks. Government Open category moved beyond 45,000 rank, while OBC and SEBC approached the 48,000–49,000 range. In private colleges, Open and OBC categories extended to around 83,000–84,000 rank, reflecting increased seat availability after Round 1.

By Round 3, government medical colleges showed further extension, with Open category closing near 47,500 rank and OBC close to 48,000 rank. Private medical colleges displayed relatively stable cutoffs, with most categories closing in the 83,000–85,000 rank range, indicating that major cutoff movement had already occurred in earlier rounds.

For the General (Open) category, Rajiv Gandhi Medical College, Thane recorded a Round 1 cutoff at 7921. The cutoff moved to 12261 in Round 2 and marginally extended to 12328 by Round 3 during MBBS counselling 2025.
GMC Mumbai & GT Hospital, Mumbai – MBBS Cutoff 2025
At GMC Mumbai and GT Hospital, Mumbai, the MBBS Cutoff 2025 for the General (Open) category stood at 7500 in Round 1. The closing rank shifted to 10788 in Round 2 and reached 11589 by Round 3.
Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC), Nagpur – MBBS Cutoff 2025
Indira Gandhi Medical College, Nagpur reported a Round 1 MBBS cutoff of 12550 for the Open category. With further rounds, the cutoff extended to 17336 in Round 2 and finally closed at 20592 in Round 3.
Government Medical College (GMC), Nanded – MBBS Cutoff 2025
For GMC Nanded, the MBBS Cutoff 2025 under the General category began at 20261 in Round 1. The cutoff then moved to 24250 in Round 2 and extended up to 27722 by Round 3.
Government Medical College (GMC), Satara – MBBS Cutoff 2025
Government Medical College, Satara recorded a Round 1 MBBS cutoff of 20432 for the Open category. The cutoff shifted to 24521 in Round 2 and slightly increased to 24920 by Round 3 of the counselling process.
Maharashtra MBBS Fee Structure
