Sartha's subscription plans are priced affordably to make counselling accessible. Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
Example: If you purchased the Elite plan and your counsellor did not provide satisfactory guidance, the refund amount = Elite plan price − Standard plan price. The Standard plan cost is non-refundable because app access was already activated.
Refunds for Pro & Elite plans may be considered only in the following cases:
All refund claims are subject to verification by our team. Refund will only be processed after confirming that the issue was due to a lapse in our counsellor's service. The Standard plan price will always be deducted from the refund amount.
