1 Refund Policy Overview

Sartha's subscription plans are priced affordably to make counselling accessible. Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Standard Plan — Non-Refundable
The Standard plan provides immediate full access to all app resources (videos, PDFs, live sessions, cutoff data, college info, comparison & predictor tools). Since access is granted instantly upon purchase, this plan is strictly non-refundable.
Pro & Elite Plans — Conditional Refund
Refunds are only applicable if your assigned personal counsellor fails to provide proper guidance. After verification by our team, a refund will be processed — however, the Standard plan price will be deducted from the refund amount, as you have already received full app access.

Example: If you purchased the Elite plan and your counsellor did not provide satisfactory guidance, the refund amount = Elite plan price − Standard plan price. The Standard plan cost is non-refundable because app access was already activated.

2 When is Refund Applicable?

Refunds for Pro & Elite plans may be considered only in the following cases:

Your assigned counsellor did not provide proper or adequate guidance
Unprofessional or negligent behaviour by the counsellor
Failure to assign a personal counsellor within a reasonable timeframe

All refund claims are subject to verification by our team. Refund will only be processed after confirming that the issue was due to a lapse in our counsellor's service. The Standard plan price will always be deducted from the refund amount.

3 Non-Refundable

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

Standard plan — access is granted instantly and cannot be reversed
Standard plan portion of Pro/Elite plans — even in approved refunds, this amount is always deducted
eBooks — downloadable digital products, non-refundable once purchased
College Predictor Tool — standalone access, non-refundable once activated
Connector — service access, non-refundable once purchased
Digital resources already accessed or downloaded (videos, PDFs, etc.)
Refund requests where the counsellor's guidance is found to be satisfactory after verification
Requests made after the 7-day refund window

4 How to Request a Refund

Send an Email
Email your refund request to support@sartha.in with your registered name, phone number, and plan details.

Describe the Issue
Clearly explain the reason for your refund request. Include any relevant details or screenshots if applicable.

Verification
Our team will review your request and verify the claim. You may be contacted for additional information.

Resolution
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5 Refund Processing
Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Standard Plan Deduction
For Pro & Elite refunds, the Standard plan price is always deducted since app access was already activated and utilised.
Access Revocation
Upon refund approval, access to the respective plan features will be revoked immediately.
6 Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issues with accessing your subscription features — such as inability to view content, app errors, or payment failures — please contact us at support@sartha.in before requesting a refund. We will resolve technical issues promptly.

Technical issues are not grounds for a refund if they can be resolved by our support team. We're committed to ensuring you have a smooth experience.
