Established in 1956, Government Ayurved College in Nanded has been a pioneering institution in the field of Ayurvedic education and healthcare. Affiliated with the esteemed Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, this government institution has been nurturing generations of Ayurvedic practitioners. The college offers a wide spectrum of programs in Ayurveda at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Currently, there are 13 courses running under the college; the two most prime ones are BAMS and MD, MS with different specializations. For all the courses, a total of 664 is the approved intake, thereby showing its capacity to groom a large number of future Ayurvedic practitioners and specialists
