Established in 1954 by Vaidyaguru D.A. Halasikar, Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya and Hospital in Hubli is one of Karnataka's oldest Ayurvedic institutions. The college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, and is recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM).
