The Directorate of Medical Education, Government of West Bengal has released the official WB NEET PG 2025 Round-2 counselling schedule(Revised ) for MD/MS admissions under State Quota. The Round-2 process includes online registration, fee payment, candidate verification, choice filling, seat allotment and reporting. This round is especially important as new PG seats have been added and a fresh seat matrix will be published before choice filling.

WB NEET PG 2025 Round-2 Choice Filling – Date & Process
The Round-2 choice filling for WB NEET PG 2025 will start from 4:00 PM on 19 December 2025 and continue till 12:00 midnight of 21 December 2025. Only candidates who are successfully verified and included in the Round-2 eligible list will be allowed to fill and lock their preferences. All choices filled in Round-1 will be treated as invalid, and candidates must submit fresh choices.

WB NEET PG 2025 Round-2 Result (Allotment)
The WB NEET PG 2025 Round-2 seat allotment result will be published on 24 December 2025 after 2:00 PM. The result will be prepared based on NEET PG 2025 rank, verified candidate status and the choices locked during Round-2. Candidates allotted a seat must report for admission within the prescribed reporting dates.
Reporting, Admission & Upgradation Rules
Candidates allotted a seat in Round-2 must report for admission with all original documents, prescribed fees and bond. Upgraded candidates must submit a server-generated relieving letter from the previously allotted college before joining the new institute. For private medical colleges, the admission process will be conducted at designated Government Medical Colleges in Kolkata, as notified separately.
