The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the commencement of the Common Entrance Test (CET) 2025 application process. Students seeking admission to medical, dental, AYUSH, engineering, and other professional courses in Karnataka can now apply online. The application window opens from January 23, 2025, and will close on February 18, 2025.

Fee Payment Deadline: February 20, 2025
Admit Card Release: April 7, 2025
CET Exam Dates: April 16 & 17, 2025
Who Can Apply?
1. NEET Aspirants: Candidates targeting MBBS, BDS, or AYUSH courses must register for KEA CET counseling.
2. Engineering/Technology Aspirants: Students aspiring to secure seats in Karnataka-based institutions.
3. Other Courses: Includes B.Sc. Nursing, Veterinary, and Farm Sciences.
What’s New This Year?
1. Online Application and Verification: For the first time, the application includes an integrated verification system. Details such as school records, caste, and income certificates will be auto-verified online.
2. Claim Certificates: After applying, students can download their claim certificates (income, reservation, etc.) directly from the KEA portal.
3. No Physical Verification: If all details are successfully verified online, students can skip in-person document submission.

1. Visit the official KEA website: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
2. Register using your mobile number and email.
3. Complete the application form and upload required documents.
4. Pay the application fee online to finalize the process.
Important Notes for NEET Aspirants
1. NEET scores are mandatory for medical and dental admissions.
2. Non-Karnataka candidates are eligible only for open-category seats, without state reservation benefits.
3. Keep a copy of the application and proof of fee payment for future reference.
