Gujarat ACPPGMEC second-round online registration started for MD/MS/Diploma (2025–26). Check the schedule, step-by-step admission process, help-centre locations and document checklist.
The Admission Committee for Professional Post-Graduate Medical Education Courses (ACPPGMEC), Gujarat has started the Second Round online registration for MD/MS and Post-MBBS Diploma seats for the 2025–26 academic year. Eligible NEET-PG 2025 candidates must register, upload required documents, complete verification at a designated help centre and follow the online choice & allotment process to secure admission.

Online Admission Process Round 2
- Register online & upload documents using the PIN from medadmgujarat.org.
- Visit a Help Centre for in-person document verification and to confirm your registration.
- Merit list preparation by ACPPGMEC based on uploaded data.
- Online choice filling & seat allotment according to merit and preferences.
- Pay tuition fees within the specified time through the designated modes.
- Submit original documents at the Help Centre to final the admission.

PIN Cost & Security Amount (Important)
PINs for online registration can be purchased on the admission portal. The package includes a non-refundable processing fee plus a refundable security deposit. Example: ₹3,000 (processing fee) + ₹25,000 (refundable security) — total shown at the time of purchase. NRI applicants have a separate processing requirement — check the website for exact instructions.

Document Checklist (To Upload & Carry for Verification)
Prepare scanned copies for upload and bring originals (plus two photocopy sets) to the Help Centre. Key documents include:
- All MBBS marksheets (each professional year) and completion certificates.
- NEET-PG scorecard for 2025.
- Internship completion certificate (must be on or before 31/07/2025).
- Provisional/permanent medical/dental registration certificate.
- Proof of age and Indian nationality (school leaving certificate / birth certificate / passport).
- Category certificate (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS) issued by Gujarat authorities — as applicable.
- Non-creamy layer certificate for SEBC, if applicable (check validity dates).
- Disability certificate for PwD candidates (if applicable).
- Passport copy (for dual/foreign nationality candidates) and 12th marksheet (if MBBS done outside Gujarat).
- Domicile certificate (only if MBBS done outside Gujarat and birth place is outside Gujarat).
Next Process - Merit, Choices & Fees
After verification, ACPPGMEC will compile the merit list and open online choice filling for the round. Seats will be allotted based on merit and preferences. Admitted candidates must pay tuition fees within the timeline communicated on the portal — details on payment modes and deadlines appear with the allotment result.
