Bihar NEET PG 2025 PGMAC counselling update: Round-1 Free Exit reopened, revised Round-2 schedule released, check resignation dates, rank card, seat allotment result timeline, admission process, cutoff updates and counselling instructions.
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released an important update for Bihar PGMAC 2025 counselling for MD/MS, PG Diploma and DNB admissions in government and private medical colleges. Due to the delayed declaration of NEET PG AIQ Round-2 result, the board has revised the schedule for Free Exit from Round-1 and Round-2 counselling. Eligible candidates can now resign from Round-1 under Free Exit and participate in the revised Round-2 counselling process as per the updated dates.

Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round-1 Free Exit Reopened
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has reopened the Round-1 Free Exit option for PGMAC 2025 counselling. Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round-1 and wish to resign can use the online Free Exit window from 19 to 20 December 2025 (till 11:59 PM). Only online resignation through the allotted institute portal is valid.
Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Seat Matrix (Updated)
The updated Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round-2 seat matrix will be published on 21 December 2025 after completion of Round-1 free exit resignations (19–20 December 2025). The revised matrix will reflect vacant seats available for Round-2 counselling.
Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round 2 Choice Filling & Locking
Online choice filling, editing and locking for Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round-2 will start on 21 December 2025 (11:59 AM) and close on 22 December 2025 (11:59 PM). Candidates can modify choices until final locking within the given timeline.
Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round-2 Result Date
The Bihar NEET PG 2025 Round-2 provisional seat allotment result will be released on 26 December 2025. Candidates will be able to download their allotment letters online and complete document verification and admission from 28 to 29 December 2025.

Offline resignation is not allowed. Candidates must complete the Free Exit process only through the online portal at the allotted institute. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the earlier PGMAC-2025 notification remain unchanged.
