Delhi's whole student body attends the festival to see it and take part in it.The second hall, 2nos, is 25000 square meters in size and has a capacity for 250 people. It also includes 4 lecture theaters with a capacity of 180 people each and 2nos in a 150-person hospital facility.

The Safdarjung Hospital is a part of the medical school. There are over 1550 beds total, including bassinets. More than 10 lakh patients visit its OPD annually.
