The PMCH is situated on a large campus with adequate infrastructure that spans over 51 acres. It has large, centrally air-conditioned classrooms, lecture halls that can hold 200 people, exam rooms, demonstration rooms, and seminar rooms. Departmental museums and well-equipped laboratories are available. There are cafeteria and recreation facilities.
