Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital has facilities like OPD, Inpatient, Round the clock emergency service, Round the clock emergency service for obstetrics & Gynae, ICU, NICU, Physiotherapy, Pathology and Radiodiagnosis.OPD of Lohia Hospital receives around 1000 to 2000 patients a day, where around 400 beds were admitted for free.The Department of Radiology has high-end facilities with a comprehensive 64 slice CT scan, 3 Tesla MRI, BMD, mammography, etc. Interventional radiology facilities are also available.The hospital the high end diagnostic tools and the MRI Machine (1.5 Texla) was added.A six bed based ICCU (Intensive Coronary Care Unit) and a 22 beds based in Cardiology department was established in 2005, which was backed by modern diagnostic facilities including TMT machines and 2D Echo equipments.
